INTRODUCTION

ONEFIT is a platform that connects personal trainers with clients who want to achieve their fitness goals. We have partnered with high standard coaches who will provide you with the diet plans and workout plans through our tools. Our platform is entirely online and you will be able to keep track of your fitness progress from anywhere in the world.

We acknowledge that our platform may be utilized in ways that are harmful or inappropriate. To address this, we have established Community Guidelines that clearly define the types of content and actions that are permitted or prohibited on our platform.

We recommend that you also consult our Terms of Use for additional information on terms applicable to you when you use our platform.

By using our Platform, you agree that you have read and consented to these Community Guidelines, and other policies as applicable to you, in their entirety.

1. Content Safety

We are dedicated to ensuring that the content hosted on our platform is of a high quality. Sharing of false, misleading, violent, harassing, or otherwise illegal content on the platform is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any such content that contravenes our Community Guidelines , Terms , or applicable laws, at our discretion.

• Content related to COVID-19: Given the outbreak of Covid-19, it is imperative that our Community Guidelines safeguard our members, Trainers, and users from any harmful content and new forms of exploitation associated with the pandemic. As a result, sharing content that has the potential to spread misinformation that could cause physical or mental harm is strictly prohibited, and we will promptly remove such content.
• Exploitation of any kind

  Please note, ONEFIT isn't a place where we tolerate or allow exploitation of humans or animals in any manner whatsoever. We'll remove the content and accounts involved in practices that exploits the people, or animals, or that poses imminent risk of harm to them. That includes:

  • Sexual remarks
  • Sexual exploitation of minors
  • Violation of animal rights, or content or activities that may seem offensive to animal right activists, or that breaches any applicable law seeking to protect the interests of animals
  • Inappropriate content, comments, photos or videos
  • Pornography
• Adult-oriented Content

  Our platform does not tolerate adult or pornographic content. Any mature or explicit material, such as nude photos, graphic nudity, sexual acts, etc., will be promptly removed.

• Misinformation

  Our platform prohibits spreading misinformation or deceptive content that may harm our users or the public's well-being, safety, or trust. This includes any kind of content that intentionally misleads others, wrong information about nutrition, workout plans, human body, etc.

• Promotion of Hateful Acts

  ONEFIT does not tolerate hate speech or promotion of hateful activities. We reserve the right to remove any content that falls under this category. Examples of prohibited content include negative or discriminatory comments, prejudice and conspiracy theories, content that insults or mocks minority groups, religions, or practices, divisive or regressive ideas, misinformation, personal attacks, etc.

• Any form of Harassment or Bullying

  Our platform does not permit any form of bullying, insult, defamation, harm, or antagonism towards others. Content that contains harassment, hate, abuse, threats, personal attacks, or violence will not be tolerated. This includes:

  • Purposeful bullying that aims to shame private individuals;
  • Fake, altered, or manipulated images or videos;
  • Sexual comments;
  • Abusive or insulting language;
  • Harassment or mocking of someone's faith, identity, religion, community, etc.
  • Any other forms of harassment.
• Violence

  Our platform isn't a place for graphic violence or threatening language or abuses. We reserve the right to remove such content that includes grossly disturbing scenes from before or after violent events, or that includes threats or offensive or violent language.

• Illegal and Harmful Content

  Our platform isn't a place for practices and products that may be harmful or deceptive. You must not distribute any of the following content on or through ONEFIT:

  • That violates applicable law, rules, directions, notifications of the appropriate government, including the one related to Covid19 guidelines
  • That risk harm to people or animals, including sexual, physical, or financial exploitation
  • Other illegal commercial exploitation
  • The sale of wild animals or protected and endangered wildlife
  • Irresponsible and harmful animal tourism or otherwise exploitative practices
  • Harmful or hateful activities
  • That aids or assists in committing a crime or restricted activity
  • That violates anyone's intellectual property right, including without limitation, trademark, copyright, patent or design
  • That support or praise terrorism, organized crime, or hate groups
• Pretending to be someone else

  Please be authentic and true to yourself. Our platform prohibits accounts that falsely claim to be or have a connection with another person or organization, whether it be a celebrity, athlete, politician, or anyone you know. The rules apply equally to all.

• Suicidal or Harmful Behaviour

  Our platform isn't a place for any kind of content that expresses, shows, motivates or encourages suicide, self-injury, self-destruction, self-immolation or drug abuse. We'll remove the following kind of content:

  • Suicide notes
  • Photos or videos of people instilling harm to themselves or to another person
  • Making fun of someone who committed or attempted to commit suicide
  • Any death related content
  • Dangerous content (such as dangerous exercises, bad form, etc.)
  • Aiding or encouraging people to commit suicide or to harm oneself
• Messages, Training and Comments

  All of our guidelines mentioned above equally applies to all the content uploaded on ONEFIT, and to the interactions with the other members/Trainers via texts and comments on the Platform.

2. Things to do

• Be respectful: Our community is composed of diverse individuals, so it is important to treat everyone with respect. Please refrain from mocking or insulting anyone's religious beliefs. If you do not like someone, it is best to simply not interact with them. In case a member/Trainer disrespects you, please report them to us at support@theonefitapp.com.
• Follow the Law: You must adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
• Respect Privacy: Respect everyone's privacy.

3. Intellectual Property and other rights

Intellectual property rights play a crucial role in fostering expression, creativity, and innovation, and we take them seriously. When you share content on our platform, you retain ownership of it. However, before sharing any content, please ensure that you have the proper rights to do so. We kindly ask that you respect others' copyrights, trademarks, and other legal rights..

Our Terms do not allow people to post content that violates someone else's intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark.

4. Follow the Law

Our platform prohibits any form of support or endorsement of terrorism, organized crime, or hate groups. The sale or purchase of firearms, alcohol, tobacco products, illegal drugs, and prescription drugs (even if they are legal in your region) between private individuals is also strictly prohibited. Additionally, we do not tolerate the sharing of sexually explicit material involving minors or any threats to publish intimate images of others.

5. No Outside Contact

You are able to communicate with the Trainer/client via the App. In such a case, you must not circumvent or attempt to circumvent our commission by making communication or booking or payments directly with the Trainer/client outside of ONEFIT. This will be regarded as a serious breach of these Terms. ONEFIT reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, and/or put any account on hold or permanently disable accounts due to breach of this Section.

6. Platform Security

To protect our platform, we ask that you please:

• Don't access, use or tamper with our systems or our technical providers' systems;
• Don't break or circumvent our security measures or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks;
• Don't use any undocumented or unsupported method to access, search, scrape, download or change any part of the Platform;
• Don't try to reverse engineer our software;
• Don't try to interfere with people on the platform or our hosts or networks, like sending a virus, overloading, spamming or mail-bombing;
• Don't collect or store personally identifiable information from the platform or people on the platform without permission;
• Don't share your password, let anyone access your account or do anything that might put your account at risk;
• Don't attempt to buy or sell access to your account, boards, or usernames, or otherwise transfer account features for compensation.

Reservation of Right

We reserve the right to remove content (including messages and feedback) that seems offending or irrelevant or are violative of our Terms, these Community Guidelines, or the applicable law. We further reserve the right to take stern action against the members or Trainers who violate these Community Guidelines , our Terms or the applicable law.

Request Deletion of your Content

All clients can ask to have their profiles and personal information deleted. Please do so by writing to us at support@theonefitapp.comwith your registered email account.
